About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Software Designer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for web and mobile applications used by clients across India and global markets.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into visually appealing and highly functional products.

Key Responsibilities

Design modern, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Conduct UX research and translate insights into design improvements.

Build scalable design systems and reusable UI components.

Ensure consistency across products while following brand guidelines.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Optimize interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and usability.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback and business goals.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Figma.

Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.

Solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.

Ability to solve complex user experience problems.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Excellent attention to detail and visual design fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

Motion design or micro-interactions.

Framer or Webflow.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development.

Experience working with SaaS, enterprise, or consumer products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).

1-5 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

A strong portfolio showcasing real-world design projects is mandatory.
