In this dual-impact remote role, you will help localize and refine the Medora platform for the Indian healthcare ecosystem while leading outreach and onboarding efforts for clinics, doctors, and healthcare providers across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Localization: Adapt Medora’s web and interfaces to align with local Indian clinic workflows, user preferences, and regulatory standards.

Market Expansion: Drive growth by introducing Medora to medical practices, independent clinics, and healthcare professionals across India.

Technical Onboarding & Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact in India for demo setups, client onboarding, and ongoing technical support.

Product Strategy: Work directly with core engineering leadership to feed market insights and client feedback into the product roadmap.

Core Qualifications

Background in full-stack web development (React, , or similar modern stacks) or software product management.

Strong communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in healthcare tech (HealthTech).

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a high-autonomy role.

Prior experience with SaaS sales, digital marketing, or clinic operations in India is a major plus.
