Looking For Soft Skills Trainer

As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting online training sessions aimed at enhancing the soft skills of grown-ups and working professionals. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside a minimum of one year of teaching or training experience.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering training sessions using provided content. You will engage participants through interactive methods to develop their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you will be expected to work six days a week, dedicating at least three to four hours each day to your training activities.

To fulfill this role, you must possess a laptop with a webcam and a reliable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate online training effectively. As a part-time position, the work will be conducted remotely from your location in Kolkata, India, providing flexibility in your schedule while maintaining communication with participants.

Candidates should have a graduate degree and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving requirements of adult training.
