Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.

Identify target audiences and create content that engages, informs, and entertains.

Content Creation:

Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.

Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content.

Community Management:

Foster and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Monitor user engagement and feedback to enhance the user experience.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.

Coordinate with other marketing teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.

Social Media Advertising:

Plan and implement paid social media advertising campaigns.

Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.

Stay Updated:

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media.

Test and implement new features and tools on social media platforms.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
