Social Media Executive (real Estate Product Marketing)

key responsibilities

develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for real estate projects across platforms (facebook, instagram, linkedin, youtube, twitter, etc.).

create and manage engaging content: posts, stories, reels, property showcases, ad creatives, and campaigns.

collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote residential and commercial projects.

handle paid campaigns (facebook ads, google ads) to generate leads.

monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance with regular reporting.

engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community.

stay updated on social media and real estate marketing trends.

required skills & qualifications

bachelors degree in marketing, mass communication, or a related field.

3 years of proven experience as a social media executive / digital marketing executive (real estate experience preferred).

strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid promotions.

proficiency in tools like meta business suite, google analytics, canva, photoshop, premiere pro (added advantage).

excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.

ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
