we’re searching for a talented, experienced and passionate to build a career in security operations center and to join our coe – managed it services, which is responsible for remotely managing, securing and supporting security devices for our customers around the world.

job responsibilities:

- working on various networking & security technologies.

- working on firewalls (checkpoint, pala-alto/cisco ), cisco ise, vpn (juniper/pulse secure) or f5 (ltm/gtm)

-oversee critical accounts in security domain

- handle l3 escalations from security operations center, provide rca's/

- - monitor and perform critical changes, patches, upgrades on network and security infrastructure

- monitor and manage capacity and performance issues

- be the key spoc for configurations builds , uat & roll out to operations

- develop recommendations for soc infrastructure & tools

- tools evaluation & business case approach documentation

- prepare hld & lld , process and technical documentation

- cross functional support on for voice and data networks

- work with global it support groups, oems, vendors, partners and service providers

- deploy and support network & security solutions

- understand and adoption of globally defined standards in managed security services

- work with pre-sales on network and security solutioning

- work with application and workplace teams in identifying and resolving network performance issues

- technical documentation and training l1/l2 operational team

- perform vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, and drive remediation related activities
