ackage: 15-20k per month

job experience: 1-4 years in skin care clinic or medical telecalling

responsibilities:

• providing customers with information on services, treatments & offers

• converting patients and scheduling for appointments

• cross selling skills

• take calls from customers and do outbound calling

• identifying customer needs

• taking customer calls and solving queries

• it is a full time customer support / telecaller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.

• training will be provided

• basic computer knowledge.

schedule:

• comfortable to work from 11:00am to 08:00pm

• day shift (tuesdays off)
