Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean

Preparing and ensuring appropriate materials

Creating work schedules

Following health and safety norms

Supervising staff and laborers

Checking technical designs and drawings are followed properly on the site

Engaging with clients and subcontractors and also with the project manager

Providing technical advice

Decision making/Problem solving

Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.

Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.

Overseeing construction engineering processes.

Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.

Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
