Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

Execution as per Drawings: Supervise structural erection, civil works, steel installation, or finishing activities strictly in accordance with approved architectural and structural engineering drawings.

Daily Progress Monitoring: Monitor daily site progress against project schedules, manage contractor/labor deployment, and report bottlenecks immediately to the Project Manager.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure quality standards for concrete work, steel welding/bolted connections, and finishing; enforce mandatory OSHA and site safety protocols (PPE, scaffolding safety, etc.).

Material & Resource Management: Track on-site consumption of construction materials (cement, steel, rebar, aggregates), prevent wastage, and coordinate timely material indents with the head office.

Coordination & Reporting

Client & Consultant Coordination: Coordinate with clients, architects, structural consultants, and local authorities visiting the site.

Site Documentation: Maintain daily site logs, labor attendance sheets, measurement books (MB), material inward registers, and progress reports.

Issue Resolution: Resolve day-to-day site execution challenges, drawing discrepancies, or labor disputes proactively.
