*key responsibilities*:

* monitor and manage assigned railway site work.

* coordinate with ground-level staff for smooth operations.

* maintain safety standards and report any discrepancies.

* ensure timely completion of tasks.

* prepare daily progress and attendance reports.

*eligibility criteria*:

* minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduates preferred)

* age: 21 to 40 years

* experience in railway or construction supervision preferred

* basic knowledge of reporting and team handling

* physically fit and willing to work on-site
