*Role*:

Supervise day-to-day site activities related to railway maintenance, safety compliance, manpower coordination, and work progress reporting.

*Key Responsibilities*:

* Monitor and manage assigned railway site work.

* Coordinate with ground-level staff for smooth operations.

* Maintain safety standards and report any discrepancies.

* Ensure timely completion of tasks.

* Prepare daily progress and attendance reports.

*Eligibility Criteria*:

* Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

* Age: 21 to 40 years

* Experience in railway or construction supervision preferred

* Basic knowledge of reporting and team handling

* Physically fit and willing to work on-site
