Position Summary

We're seeking a proficient On - Site Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. The selected individual will be accountable for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our customized automation equipment used in the lithium - battery manufacturing process.

Main Duties

1. Conduct proactive inspections of customer - site equipment usage to identify and preempt potential issues.

2. Carry out on - site maintenance of equipment for customers and collect detailed feedback on any encountered problems.

3. Provide training to customer maintenance personnel and manage the equipment acceptance process.

4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

5. Train external installation and debugging teams.
