Site Engineer (full Time)

Project Oversight:

Monitoring construction progress, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, and verifying that work is performed according to the project's design and specifications.

Technical Guidance:

Providing technical advice and solutions to on-site issues, interpreting drawings and specifications, and ensuring the quality of materials used.

Safety and Compliance:

Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.

Resource Management:

Managing materials, equipment, and labor, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Communication and Coordination:

Liaising with various stakeholders including contractors, architects, engineers, and clients, and providing regular progress reports.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving technical issues, addressing delays, and finding solutions to keep the project on track.

Documentation:

Preparing site reports, maintaining records of all site-related activities, and managing project documentation.

In essence, a site engineer acts as the technical point of contact on-site, ensuring the smooth and successful execution of the construction project from start to finish
