Walk-in For Site Engineer (3-8 Years)

*Job Description*:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Engineer (Electrical) to manage and execute power distribution projects under DDUGJY, IPDS, and RDSS schemes. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with DISCOM officials, quality control, and compliance with project guidelines and safety standards.

*Key Responsibilities*:

Execute and supervise DDUGJY, IPDS & RDSS projects as per approved drawings and specifications

Supervise construction of substations and rural/urban electrification works

Ensure strict compliance with RDSS guidelines, safety norms, and quality standards

Prepare, understand, and implement Single Line Diagrams (SLD)

Coordinate with DISCOM officials, contractors, vendors, and project teams

Monitor daily site activities, manpower, materials, and work progress

Resolve ROW (Right of Way) issues at site with local authorities and stakeholders

Perform site monitoring, quality checks, and reporting

Prepare and submit daily / weekly / monthly progress reports to concerned authorities

Handle SAP-based billing entries and documentation

Maintain proper records using MS Word & Excel

Use AutoCAD for drawings and modifications (added advantage)

Minimum experience in DDUGJY, IPDS, and RDSS projects

Experience in substation construction & electrification works

Knowledge of SAP for billing purposes

Good understanding of SLD, electrical drawings, and BOQs

Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills

Ability to handle site challenges independently
