Looking For Shuttering Carpenter

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Carpenters to join our construction project. The candidate

will be responsible for shuttering and formwork activities for RCC structures,

ensuring work is carried out as per project drawings, quality standards, and safety

requirements.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform shuttering and formwork for columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other

RCC structures.

 Read and interpret construction drawings and site instructions.

 Measure, cut, assemble, install, and dismantle formwork as per project

specifications.

 Ensure proper alignment, level, and stability of formwork before concrete

pouring.

 Coordinate with Site Supervisors, engineers, and other trades for smooth

project execution.

 Inspect and maintain carpentry tools, equipment, and formwork materials.

 Follow all safety procedures and use PPE at all times.

 Complete assigned work within project timelines while maintaining quality

standards.

Requirements

 Minimum 1 year of experience as a Carpenter in building or infrastructure

construction projects.

 Hands-on experience in shuttering and formwork for RCC structures.

 Ability to read basic construction drawings and measurements.

 Familiarity with conventional and system formwork (., steel or aluminium

formwork) is an advantage.

 Physically fit and willing to work at construction sites.

 Immediate joiners preferred.
