Job Overview

We’re looking for a confident and energetic Sales Executive to lead store sales, manage daily operations, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their style needs

Assist with apparel selection (fit, fabric, trends)

Promote new arrivals, offers, and best sellers

Upsell and cross-sell to boost sales

Ensure smooth billing and checkout

Stay updated on products and fashion trends

Requirements

Female candidate with 1 to 3 years of retail/showroom experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience in counter sales and customer handling

Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, plus huge incentives, based on experience and qualifications.
