team leadership & management:

supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

schedule staff shifts, assign tasks, and ensure proper coverage for all operational hours.

conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to enhance team skills.

foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.

operational excellence:

oversee all shop operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and point-of-sale (pos) system management.

ensure the shop's layout, displays, and visual merchandising are attractive and align with brand standards.

maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both employees and customers.

resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.

sales & customer service:

lead by example on the shop floor, demonstrating exceptional sales techniques and customer service.

monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to boost revenue.

actively engage with customers to understand their needs, assist with product selection, and ensure their satisfaction.

inventory management:

supervise inventory management, including receiving new stock, conducting regular stock counts, and minimizing shrinkage.

coordinate with suppliers and the back office to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of products.

track and report on stock levels, fast-moving items, and any discrepancies.

reporting & administration:

prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

manage all administrative tasks related to the shop, including payroll submission, documentation, and compliance checks.

ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by the team.
