Shop Keeper Fresher

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Shop Keeper to join our team in Vadodara. This full-time position is open to freshers who have completed at least the 10th grade. The ideal candidate will be a female who can manage daily shop operations effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:** Greet and assist customers as they enter the shop. Provide helpful information about products and services, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

- **Inventory Management:** Keep track of stock levels, restock shelves when needed, and inform the manager about low inventory. This ensures items are always available for customers.

- **Sales Handling:** Operate the cash register, process payments accurately, and provide receipts to customers. It is important to handle transactions efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.

- **Store Maintenance:** Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop. This includes arranging displays, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring the store is welcoming.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about the products offered in the shop. Being knowledgeable allows you to answer customer questions effectively and make recommendations.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have good communication skills to interact with customers. A friendly and approachable personality is essential for building customer relationships. Basic math skills are needed for handling transactions and giving change. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
