Shift Incharge - Part Time - Freshers

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Incharge to oversee daily operations at our facility in Sachin GIDC, Surat. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for leadership and teamwork, as you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth workflow during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Supervise Staff**: You will manage a team of workers, ensuring they are following protocols and completing tasks efficiently. This includes assigning duties and providing guidance.

2. **Monitor Operations**: You will track production processes and resolve any issues that arise during your shift. Ensuring quality and efficiency is a top priority.

3. **Communicate with Management**: Reporting to higher management about daily operations and any challenges faced will be part of your role. Clear communication helps in improving processes.
