SharePoint Framework (SPFx): experience building modern web parts and extensions [must have]

Power Automate: experience in architecting workflows and automating business processes [must have]

SharePoint REST API & Microsoft Graph API: experience interrogating M365 data via APIs [must have]

JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript, React: front-end web dev experience [must have]

HTML, CSS, JSON: experience customizing SharePoint pages and list/library views [must have]

PowerShell - experience with SPO Management Shell, PnP PowerShell, PnP JS [must have]

Modern SharePoint Online experience [must have]

SharePoint Administration experience [must have]
