Profile:- Service Engineer
Job Description
1. An electronic service engineer provides technical advice and support to customers, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical issues, and tests and repairs equipment.
2. They must maintain a professional attitude at all times and provide excellent customer service.
3. They must be able to work independently, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work under pressure.
4. Teamwork, communication skills, and organization are also required.
5. Should have good knowledge of AutoCAD.
6. A bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or a related field is required.
7. Additionally, certifications in specific types of electronic equipment or systems will be considered a plus.
8. Practical experience gained through internships or prior work in the field is highly advantageous.
