�� install and commission capital machinery equipment at client sites.
�� conduct regular maintenance checks and service repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
�� troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
�� collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide technical support to customers.
�� keep accurate records of service reports, maintenance schedules, and equipment inventory.
�� proficiency & hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and test equipment, electrical systems, plc programming, and automation components.
�� strong problem-solving skills with expertise in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
requirements:
�� proven experience as a service engineer in the electrical and cnc industry
�� strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electricals and pneumatics.
�� excellent problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
�� ability to work independently and as part of a team.
�� excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
�� willingness to travel as needed & travel in allocated area minimum 15-20 days in month
