key responsibilities
- ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and machine drawings.
- install and commission capital machinery equipment at client sites.
- conduct regular maintenance checks and service repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide technical support to customers.
- keep accurate records of service reports, maintenance schedules, and equipment inventory.
- proficiency & hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and test equipment, electrical systems, plc programming, and automation components.
- strong problem-solving skills with expertise in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
requirements:
- proven experience as a service engineer in the electrical and cnc industry
- strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electricals and pneumatics.
- excellent problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
- willingness to travel as needed & travel in allocated area minimum 15-20 days in month
