Key Responsibilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and machine drawings.
- Install and commission capital machinery equipment at client sites.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and service repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide technical support to customers.
- Keep accurate records of service reports, maintenance schedules, and equipment inventory.
- Proficiency & Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, hand tools, and test equipment, electrical systems, PLC programming, and automation components.
- Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer in the electrical and CNC industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, Electricals and pneumatics.
- Excellent problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel as needed & travel in allocated area minimum 15-20 days in month
