Responsibilities:
1) Should have the capability of handling the customer when the Guest (customer) enters for service till they exits.
2) The employee holds the complete responsibility of the vehicle once it enters the service station till it exits.
3) The employee should make sure that all the queries and the complaints regarding the vehicle that is mentioned by the Guest (customer) are attended and are clarified and rectified.
4) The employee should know how to handle the Guest (customer).
5) The employee should know Kannada (Local Language) and English fluently and with this if they know any other language that would be added advantage.
6) The employee should have completed their education in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering as they will easily understand what is wrong with the vehicle and it saves time.
