About the Role

Rainbow Shine Infotech is a Digital Marketing & IT Solutions Company looking for a creative, skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for editing engaging and high-quality videos for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, promotional activities and other business requirements. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video editing techniques, transitions, effects, audio synchronization and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and create engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and other social media platforms.

• Create promotional videos, advertisements, product videos and company-related content.

• Add transitions, effects, text overlays, subtitles, background music and sound effects.

• Ensure proper video pacing, audio synchronization, color correction and overall video quality.

• Understand project requirements and convert raw footage into creative and professional videos.

• Create content according to brand guidelines and digital marketing requirements.

• Optimize videos according to different social media platform formats and specifications.

• Coordinate with the graphic design, social media and digital marketing teams when required.

• Manage multiple editing projects and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques and social media content styles.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.

• Basic understanding of transitions, effects, color correction, audio editing and video composition.

• Creativity and a good sense of visual storytelling.

• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media video formats.

• Ability to create engaging and professional-looking videos.

• Good attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to understand instructions, accept feedback and make revisions when required.

• Freshers with relevant skills and experienced candidates can apply.

• Candidates with a portfolio or sample editing work will be preferred.
