What we are looking for

You are a Senior Site Reliability Engineer/Lead with a passion for DevOps and experience deploying, monitoring and managing cloud services. You have expertise working with public cloud infrastructure providers like Amazon AWS/Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud. You have a solid understanding of Linux / Windows debugging, administration, automation frameworks and software development experience.

Position Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for driving the technical architecture and standards/process to deliver the best customer experience. You will be responsible for developing software and providing hands-on technical expertise to design, deploy, and optimize Cloud services.

Responsibilities

Analyze data and service performance to improve quality and customer experience.

Ensure 24/7 service availability of Cloud - address reported issues and provide root cause analysis.

Work with Product Development, Product Management, QA, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployments and address service delivery issues

Qualifications

BS or MS degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred, with at least 6 years of directly related work experience. Equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education.

Solid understanding of Linux / Windows development, debugging, administration and automation frameworks.

Hands on experience public cloud providers - only Microsoft Azure

4+ years of experience building Cloud services and distributed systems deployment, monitoring, scaling, debugging is desirable

Hands-on Programming skills Knowledge of programming constructs, data structures and algorithms; Scripting languages/Framework (Python)

Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is mandatory.

Experience with logging platforms and application performanc
