Senior QA Engineer

• Understand and collect the non-functional requirements from different Stakeholders.

• Experience in creating workload models based on usage patterns and growth projections.

• Ability to characterize system performance to stakeholders Strong experience in scripting with performance tools.

• Experience in designing different types of scenarios like Performance, Load, Stress, Scalability, etc.

• Analyse the test results and produce the reports and present them to the management for key decisions

• Good understanding of end-to-end application performance monitoring in multi-tier environments.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Capable of understanding products and processes and breaking them down into testing components.

• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Agile development methodology.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

• Minimum 3+ years of Automated testing in Selenium/Java.

• Minimum BE/BTECH degree in computer science, engineering.
