Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Developer/Team Lead, you will:

1. Lead, manage, and mentor a team dedicated to blockchain technology and software development.

2. Deepen your understanding of blockchain technology to develop scalable and innovative solutions for our clients.

3. Manage the full project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

4. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients to align project goals and deliverables.

Requirements

1. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.

2. Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language such as Python, Java, C++, Rust, Go, etc.

3. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
