As a Senior Python Developer, youll be responsible for working with the development team and management. Youll be responsible to set the drive for execution to make enhancements to the existing application. Youll be responsible to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Youll be responsible to do code reviews and train the junior developers.

Responsibilities:-

Strong expertise in Python/Django and Object-oriented programming.

Following the coding and security best practices.

Promote strict code testing and validation to ensure high-quality coding standards.

Designing scalable architecture for the product.

Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and bug management.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Passionate about technology and aware of the latest developments.

Familiarity with web servers (Nginx), process managers (supervisor), and overall deployment process.
