Senior Mechanical Engineer (Metallurgy LAB)

Required Experience:

Should have worked in a Metallurgical lab, or mechanical department or should have worked as an engineer in any engineering company lab

where the following list of testings are covered.

· Tensile Testing

· Hardness Testing

· Impact Testing

· Basic Metallography understanding

· Basic Sample preparation knowledge for mechanical testing of materials

Job Description:

· Manage day-to-day material testing activity and plan the sample preparation for new inward sample

· Actively look at all the Testing activities and guide the junior staff to carry out necessary testing

· Ensure that the testing activities carried out are as per the National and International standards

· Ensure that the work is homogeneously distributed among the entire department.

· Attend the Third-party witnessing of the test as well as plan and strategies the testing witness coordination.

· Attend the customer grievances and complaints and resolve them to the best of their capabilities
