Senior Marketing Manager - Nashik

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Brand Management

Develop and implement the annual marketing roadmap, aligning marketing initiatives with overall corporate business goals.

Own the brand positioning, ensuring a cohesive voice, identity, and message across all customer touchpoints, collateral, and corporate presentations.

Conduct continuous market, consumer, and competitor research to identify market shifts, emerging trends, and new target demographics.

2. 360-Degree Campaign Execution

Lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns encompassing digital (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email), print, public relations (PR), and corporate events.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create robust lead-generation strategies and high-converting marketing funnels.

Oversee localized marketing strategies, trade shows, and B2B corporate events to strengthen industry presence and community relations.

3. Data Analytics & Budget Management

Establish, track, and optimize key marketing metrics (KPIs) including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Present monthly performance reports to senior leadership, leveraging data insights to justify marketing spend and refine ongoing strategies.

Efficiently allocate and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI and zero waste.

4. Team & Agency Leadership

Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing internal marketing team (content writers, designers, digital executives).

Manage relationships with external creative agencies, PR firms, performance marketing vendors, and media buyers, holding them accountable to clear deliverables.
