1. Statutory Audits including Limited Review of Large Corporates – Financial Services – Stock Broker, NBFC, Housing Finance, Investment, General Insurance & Re-insurance, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), International Companies (Subsidiary of Indian Companies), Eligible Start up companies, Insurance Broker and others

2. Tax Audits – Corporate, Firm, LLP, Individual etc.

3. Income Tax – Preparation and verification of Income Tax Computation & ITR for Corporate, HUF, Individual, LLP & Firm, AIF, Start ups, HNI, Non Resident

4. GST, ROC / MCA – Execution, Verification & Supervision of Regulatory compliances

5. AIF – Tax working at fund level & for each investor

6. Certification – Form 15CB, FEMA, NBFC, Stock Exchanges, MCA and other regulatory related certificates

7. Foreign Portfolio Investor (FPI/FII) – Day to day capital gain working and CPA certificates for remittance
