Opening For Senior Architect

Develop architectural designs, layouts, and plans for residential building projects.

Prepare detailed working drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.

Coordinate with structural consultants, interior designers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.

Review drawings and coordinate design modifications as required.

Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design accuracy.

Coordinate with execution teams to resolve design-related issues.

Maintain project drawings, revisions, and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

degree from a recognized institution.

3-6 years of relevant experience in residential building projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.

Knowledge of residential planning, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

Familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural visualization tools will be an advantage.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
