Core Responsibilities

Technical Coordination: Collaborate with Structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Landscape, and Interior consultants to integrate technical details into the architectural framework.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Review working drawings and presentations to ensure they comply with local building by-laws, Development Control Regulations, and National Building Code (NBC) guidelines.
