Hiring For Senior Java Developer

We are inviting a Senior Java Developer to join us as a Technical Mentor (part-time, remote). This role is perfect for someone who is interested not only in coding, but also in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.

What you’ll do:

• Mentor junior and mid-level Java developers and help them grow faster

• Review Java code, improve architecture, and guide on best practices

• Work with Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, and databases

• Help shape our engineering standards and training methodology
