Must have technical skills:

1. Min 5 years of experience in building web based applications, primarily on React.

2. Hands-on in managing production servers is strongly needed.

3. Good command on code management using git, eslint, and other tools.

4. Explore configuring and deployment of application using CI/CD pipeline and Tools like Vercel & Netlify is needed.

5. Have developed and deployed high performing and secured frontend application using React js.

6. Ability to work in an agile environment and aligned to work an environment where requirement keeps getting changed.

7. Comfortable working with container-based application and docker based project.

8. Practical knowledge of tools to manage traffics on production and crash reporting of bugs.

9. Good command of task management tools like Jira (and other atlassian offered tool), trello, and Slack for communication.

10. Comfortable writing testable code and good at writing unit & integration test script for the same.

11. Good command on various design library and capable to build a good looking websites.

12. Next js working experience.

Good to have technical skills:

1. Working experience of GraphQL and apollo server is plus.

2. Typescript based coding background.

3. Capable to build high performing graphs and animations.

4. Gatsby library.

5. Exposure to Socket and building real-time application is plus

Must have soft skills:

1. You understand that communication and collaboration are your biggest responsibilities as an engineer and actively focus on achieving shared context.

2. Critical thinker with the ability to break down complex technical requirements.

3. Good on managing a small team of 4-5 developers.

4. Capable to organize and document tasks on Jira and communicate clearly to the team.

5. High fluency in spoken and written English.

6. Flexible working on different timezone.

Notes :

1. Must have a good setup of home office with Stable Internet connection (>25Mpbs).
