Opening For Senior Design Engineer

€¢ Responsible for design of products and tools/dies.

€¢ Convert customer requirements to manufacturing outputs. Identify standard specs applicable to products if not specified by customer.

€¢ Design and development engineer are responsible to prepare the design package documents included design input, design output, design calculation sheet.

€¢ To co-ordinate with assembly and testing department.

€¢ Responsible for preparing the manufacturing drawings.

€¢ Issue the latest version and approved drawings to planning department for manufacturing

€¢ Implementation of QMS, safety system in accordance to latest API & ISO and monitoring the effectiveness.

€¢ Responsible to prepare the testing procedure/ work instruction.

€¢ Responsible to prepare the assembly/ disassembly procedure.

€¢ Responsible for reviewing and controlling the issues of OEP, and drawing distribution to planning department.

€¢ Initiate CAPA

€¢ To prepare feasibility review check list.

€¢ To prepare design & development plan and review.

€¢ To prepare design inputs and review sheet.

€¢ To prepare design assumptions and methodology.

€¢ To prepare design output sheet.

€¢ To prepare bills of material.

€¢ To prepare design verification record.

€¢ To prepare design review sheet.

€¢ To prepare engineering change request note and approval.

€¢ To prepare final design and also responsible for verification of design.
