Hiring Fresher / Security Supervisor / 10th Pass

We are looking for a dedicated Security Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of our premises in Jajpur, India. This role is suitable for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience and requires a minimum of a 10th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Security Staff: Oversee and guide security personnel, ensuring they follow protocols and maintain high professional standards while on duty.

2. Monitor Security Systems: Regularly check surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify any security breaches or unusual activities, promptly reporting any incidents.

3. Conduct Inspections: Perform routine checks of the facility and grounds, ensuring all areas are secure and addressing any potential safety hazards.

4. Train New Staff: Provide training and orientation to new security employees, helping them understand their responsibilities and effective practices for maintaining security.

5. Respond to Incidents: Act quickly in case of emergencies, coordinating with local authorities and managing on-site situations to ensure safety.
