We are seeking a dedicated Security Incharge to oversee safety measures at our Kolkata location. This role is perfect for individuals who are committed to maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Surveillance and Monitoring: Continuously watch over the premises using security systems to ensure safety and security.

- Access Control: Manage entry and exit of personnel and visitors, ensuring that only authorized individuals may enter the premises.

- Incident Management: Respond promptly to security breaches or emergencies, investigating incidents and preparing appropriate reports.

- Team Supervision: Lead a team of security personnel, providing guidance and direction to enhance team performance and efficiency.

- Safety Protocol Implementation: Develop and enforce safety protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong observational skills to identify potential security threats early. Effective communication is crucial, as the Security Incharge will interact with employees, visitors, and law enforcement when necessary.
