Key Responsibilities:

1. **Monitoring Premises**: Regularly patrol the property to check for any suspicious activity or security breaches to maintain a safe environment.

2. **Access Control**: Manage the entry and exit of visitors and staff, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed on the premises.

3. **Incident Reporting**: Document and report any incidents or unusual activities to the management promptly to ensure quick resolution.

4. **Emergency Response**: Act swiftly to address emergencies, such as fire outbreaks or intrusions, by following established procedures to mitigate risks.

5. **Customer Assistance**: Greet and assist visitors to ensure they feel welcomed and provide directions or information as needed.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and be able to communicate clearly. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory since training will be provided. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of responsibility, be physically fit, and demonstrate good judgment in challenging situations.
