We are looking for a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises in Calangute. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with little to no experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Monitoring premises:** Keep a watchful eye on the surroundings to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.

- **Access control:** Manage entry and exit points by checking identification and maintaining a visitor log to ensure only authorized personnel gain access.

- **Emergency response:** Act quickly and effectively in case of emergencies, including fire alarms or safety threats, by following established protocols.

- **Patrolling:** Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter criminal activity and ensure all areas are secure.

- **Reporting:** Document any incidents or unusual activities and report them to the supervisor, maintaining detailed logs for safety records.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess a minimum education of 10th grade. Good communication skills are essential to interact appropriately with visitors and staff. A keen eye for detail is necessary to spot suspicious activities and respond to them. Physical fitness is important since the job involves walking and monitoring large areas. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively. A supportive and respectful attitude towards team members and visitors is also expected. Male candidates only.
