Security Guard (1-4 Years)

Core Responsibilities

Patrol assigned areas (on foot or by vehicle) to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, or damage

Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and access control points

Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles

Enforce company rules, safety regulations, and security procedures

Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies

Safety & Emergency Duties

Provide first response during emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches

Assist in evacuation procedures when required

Contact law enforcement, fire department, or emergency services when necessary

Reporting & Documentation

Write accurate incident, accident, and daily activity reports

Record observations and report suspicious activities to supervisors

Customer Service & Communication

Provide directions and assistance to visitors and staff

Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Asset Protection

Protect company property, equipment, and assets from loss or damage

Inspect buildings, doors, windows, and gates for security risks
