Security Guard Fresher

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Security Guard to join our team in Bhubaneswar. As a Security Guard, your main responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring Premises: Regularly patrol the facility to ensure that all areas are secure and free from hazards or suspicious activity.

- Access Control: Manage and control the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles, ensuring that only authorized individuals gain access to the premises.

- Surveillance Operations: Utilize security cameras and surveillance tools to monitor activities, report any unusual behavior, and respond promptly to security alerts.

- Incident Response: Quickly respond to emergencies, incidents, or disturbances, and provide first aid or assist in evacuation if necessary.

- Reporting: Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations to ensure proper reporting and communication with management.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade education and possess a basic understanding of safety procedures.

- Attention to detail is crucial, as you will need to notice small changes in the environment that could indicate security concerns.

- Good communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with staff and visitors and provide clear instructions during emergencies.

- A sense of responsibility and dependability is essential, as this role requires being alert and attentive during your shifts.

- Previous experience is not mandatory, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is expected.
