We are looking for a dedicated Security Guard to join our team in Lucknow. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience and requires at least a 10th-grade education. As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Key responsibilities:

- Patrolling the premises: You will regularly walk around the property to check for any suspicious activity and ensure all areas are secure.

- Monitoring surveillance equipment: You will keep an eye on security cameras to identify any unusual behavior and report incidents promptly.

- Controlling access points: You will manage the entry and exit of visitors and employees, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed inside.

- Responding to alarms and emergencies: You will react quickly to any alarms or emergencies, providing assistance or coordinating with emergency services as needed.

- Reporting incidents: You will document any incidents or irregularities in a daily report to maintain clear communication with management.

Required skills and expectations:

- Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods to identify any threats.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with visitors and employees.

- Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures is preferred.

- Physically fit and able to perform tasks such as standing for long hours and responding quickly to situations.

- A responsible and trustworthy person who can act decisively and calmly in emergencies.
