We are looking for a dedicated Security Guard to join our team in Lucknow. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience and requires at least a 10th-grade education. As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

**Key responsibilities:**

- **Patrolling the premises:** You will regularly walk around the property to check for any suspicious activity and ensure all areas are secure.

- **Monitoring surveillance equipment:** You will keep an eye on security cameras to identify any unusual behavior and report incidents promptly.

- **Controlling access points:** You will manage the entry and exit of visitors and employees, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed inside.

- **Responding to alarms and emergencies:** You will react quickly to any alarms or emergencies, providing assistance or coordinating with emergency services as needed.

- **Reporting incidents:** You will document any incidents or irregularities in a daily report to maintain clear communication with management.

**Required skills and expectations:**

- Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods to identify any threats.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with visitors and employees.

- Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures is preferred.
