10th Pass Freshers For Security Guard

We are looking for a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises and staff. This role is suitable for freshers with a basic education up to the 10th standard who are keen to start their careers in security.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Monitoring Premises:** Regularly patrol the designated areas to deter and detect any unauthorized activities or safety hazards, ensuring a safe environment.

- **Access Control:** Manage entry and exit points by checking identification and granting access only to authorized personnel, preventing unauthorized entry.

- **Incident Reporting:** Record any unusual occurrences or incidents in detail and report them to the appropriate authorities, maintaining a reliable log of events.

- **Emergency Response:** Act swiftly in case of emergencies, such as fire alarms, disturbances, or medical situations, and assist in coordinating evacuations if necessary.

- **Customer Service:** Assist visitors and staff by providing clear directions or information, offering a friendly and welcoming presence while maintaining security.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- **Attention to Detail:** Ability to notice and act upon suspicious activities or behavior, maintaining a secure environment.

- **Physical Fitness:** Must be in good physical condition to perform regular patrols and respond quickly to incidents.
