Fresher hiring for Security Guard

We are looking for a responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be attentive, disciplined, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Surveillance Monitoring: Regularly monitor surveillance cameras to observe activities on the property and ensure safety protocols are being followed. This helps in identifying potential threats or suspicious behavior.

- Access Control: Manage entry and exit points of the facility by checking IDs, issuing visitor passes, and conducting bag checks. This ensures that only authorized personnel are allowed on-site.

- Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or theft. This proactive approach helps maintain a secure environment.

- Incident Response: In case of an emergency or disturbance, respond promptly and initiate appropriate action, including contacting authorities when necessary. Quick responses can prevent escalation of situations.

- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities. This documentation is crucial for future reference and investigations.

- Customer Service: Assist visitors and employees with directions or inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor. Providing friendly service enhances the overall safety experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 10th pass. The position is open to males and requires dedication, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous security experience is a plus but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Good communication skills and a sense of responsibility are essential to effectively perform the duties of a security guard.
