Fresher hiring for Security Guard

We are looking for a responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises and personnel in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be attentive, disciplined, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Surveillance Monitoring:** Regularly monitor surveillance cameras to observe activities on the property and ensure safety protocols are being followed. This helps in identifying potential threats or suspicious behavior.

- **Access Control:** Manage entry and exit points of the facility by checking IDs, issuing visitor passes, and conducting bag checks. This ensures that only authorized personnel are allowed on-site.

- **Patrolling:** Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or theft. This proactive approach helps maintain a secure environment.

- **Incident Response:** In case of an emergency or disturbance, respond promptly and initiate appropriate action, including contacting authorities when necessary. Quick responses can prevent escalation of situations.

- **Reporting:** Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities. This documentation is crucial for future reference and investigations.

- **Customer Service:** Assist visitors and employees with directions or inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor. Providing friendly service enhances the overall safety experience.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
