Fresher hiring for Security Guard

We are looking for a dedicated Security Guard to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Patrol the premises**: Regularly walk around the facility to monitor and identify any potential security issues or unusual activity.

- **Monitor surveillance systems**: Keep an eye on security cameras and alarms to ensure that all areas are safe and secure.

- **Control access**: Check identification and manage the entry and exit of visitors and employees to ensure only authorized personnel are allowed on the premises.

- **Respond to incidents**: React promptly to alarms or disturbances, investigating any reported issues and alerting authorities if necessary.

- **Report writing**: Maintain logs of daily activities and incidents, providing a detailed account of unusual events or security breaches.

- **Assist in emergency situations**: Provide support during emergencies such as fire drills, medical incidents, or natural disasters, ensuring everyone stays safe.

Required skills and expectations include:

- Candidates must have completed at least 10th grade education.

- Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves a lot of walking and standing.

- Good communication skills are important to effectively interact with colleagues and visitors.

- A basic understanding of security protocols and procedures is preferred but not mandatory.

- Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.

- Previous experience in security is an advantage but not required; freshers are welcome to apply.
