Hiring Fresher / Security Guard / 10th Pass

We are looking for a dedicated male Security Guard to join our team in Dhulagarh, Howrah. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Premises: Keep a close watch on the property to prevent theft, vandalism, and any unauthorized access.

- Patrol Areas: Regularly walk around assigned areas to maintain a visible presence and deter potential security threats.

- Report Incidents: Document any incidents or unusual activities and report them to the supervisor promptly to ensure quick resolution.

- Assist Visitors: Greet and assist visitors, providing directions and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining security protocols.

- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including health issues, fires, or security breaches, following the appropriate procedures.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess a strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness. Although experience is not required, a genuine interest in maintaining security and vigilance is essential. Good communication skills will help you interact effectively with visitors and team members. You must be physically fit to carry out patrols and respond to incidents. Being observant, alert, and calm under pressure is crucial for this role.
