Hiring Freshers || Security Guard

We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard for our facility in Patna City. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of the premises while maintaining a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Patrol Premises**: Regularly inspect the area to prevent theft, vandalism, or any suspicious activities. This includes monitoring entrances and exits.

2. **Monitor Surveillance Equipment**: Watch CCTV and other security devices, reporting any unusual behavior or incidents immediately.

3. **Access Control**: Manage entry and exit points, checking identity and authorizations of visitors and staff to ensure only permitted individuals gain access.

4. **Respond to Incidents**: Quickly react to emergencies or alarms by following established safety protocols and reporting issues to supervisors.

5. **Prepare Reports**: Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in a clear and organized manner for future reference.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 10th grade and possess strong observational skills to identify unusual activities. Good communication skills are essential, as the role involves interaction with visitors and staff. A responsible attitude and dedication to safety are crucial. We prefer candidates who are physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and demonstrate reliability and professionalism in their work. The position is open to male candidates, and no prior experience is necessary; training will be provided. This is a full-time role that requires presence in the office location.
