Key Responsibilities:

1. **Surveillance and Monitoring**: Actively watch the facility using cameras and patrol the area to ensure a secure environment.

2. **Access Control**: Manage entry and exit points, verifying the identity of visitors and ensuring that unauthorized individuals do not enter the premises.

3. **Incident Reporting**: Document any suspicious activities or security incidents, reporting them to the appropriate authorities promptly for action.

4. **Emergency Response**: Quickly respond to emergencies such as alarms or disturbances, taking necessary actions to handle situations safely.

5. **Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with fellow team members and supervisors, ensuring everyone is informed about security situations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have at least completed the 10th grade and possess a strong sense of responsibility. Good observation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
