Job Description

Position: Secretary in Patent Department.

Location: Key member in the Patent team at Mumbai

Exposure and experience in the e-filing module of the Indian Patent office

Desired Skills and Experience: -

1. Experience of around 0-2 years

2. Experience in an IPR law firm or in the IPR department of other organizations. Precise

experience in handling transactions at the e-filing module of the Indian Patent office

such as filing of applications, formality documents, responses, post-grant documents

etc.

3. Education: Qualification: Any Graduation but not LLB

4. Good academic record and analytical skills

5. Confident; sound communication skills; ability to coordinate with clients and

professional personnel within the firm; good relationship skills

6. Remuneration: as per industry standards
