Opening For Seamstress

We are looking for a skilled Seamstress to join our team in Kyrgyzstan. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in sewing and garment production. A minimum education level of 10th pass is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sewing Garments: Use sewing machines and hand tools to stitch fabrics together, ensuring high quality and precision in all pieces.

- Measuring and Fitting: Take accurate measurements and make necessary adjustments to ensure a proper fit for all garments and items.

- Repairing and Altering: Fix or alter clothing items based on customer requests, including shortening hems, adjusting waistlines, and replacing zippers.

- Quality Checks: Inspect finished products for any defects or inconsistencies, maintaining the brand’s standard and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Collaboration: Work closely with designers and other team members to understand design intentions and meet production deadlines.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent sewing techniques and have a solid understanding of various fabrics and materials. Attention to detail is crucial, along with the ability to focus on tasks for extended periods. Strong time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
